Dr. Francis Otchere

Francis is a registered pharmacist with extensive experience in both hospital and community pharmacy settings. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Ghana and a Doctor of Pharmacy from Florida A & M University College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. Francis is highly knowledgeable about the chemistry and composition of beauty and hair products. He also obtained a Master of Science in Cannabis Science and Therapeutics from the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy, Baltimore. Francis will leverage his skincare knowledge and the business operational understanding he acquired working in pharmacies to develop a visionary approach and strong management and leadership skills, bringing invaluable expertise to build and scale Nayak Beauty Supply LLC.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS CO-FOUNDER 

• Develop high-quality business strategies and plans, ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives. 

• Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement to develop a high-performing managerial team. 

• Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission. 

• Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits. 

• Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics. 

• Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements. 

• Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth. 

• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the markets and industry of the company. 

• Draw on his expertise in hair and skin physiology to provide expert advice to customers through consultations
